Getting Started

To play in the Live Casino you will need to have a balance in the Casino section of the Cashier. If you need help in doing this please view the “Cashier” section under “Account” under “Help”.

Once you have your funds you are ready to go. Select the game that you want from the menu, you can choose from Baccarat, Roulette or Blackjack. If you have not played these games before don’t worry you can find the rules and playing guides by clicking here. You will be given a choice of game limits and dealers; simply click on the one you want and the game will load.

Once the game has loaded you should be able to see and hear the dealer. If you want to, you can speak to her using the chat box. Just like in a real casino you have a limited time to make your bet, which you can do by selecting the amount you wish to bet and then clicking directly on the table. In some games you will need to press “confirm” before the timer runs down, remember to do this otherwise your bet will be removed. If you sit at the table for too long without making a bet you will be removed and will need to return to the table if you want to play again.

Technical Requirements

This product is optimised to run on a broadband Internet connection. Whilst it may be possible to run on slower connections for the best user experience we do not recommend this.

For optimal performance we also recommend:

• Microsoft Windows 2000 / XP or Vista
• SVGA Graphics card capable of 800x600 resolution or higher
• The latest version of your Internet browser - Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Mozilla Firefox etc.
• Adobe Flash Player Version 9, available from: adobe.com

If you find that the casino is still running slowly, you may wish to reduce the picture quality from the in game menu, or reduce the size of your browser window.
