Commission model from July 2009

Keyword Policy

Any bidding on Google Adwords, msn network, the Yahoo search marketing network or Miva networks will be seen as an infringement of the terms of the affiliate agreement and could lead to the termination of this agreement without notice.
Any bidding on any platform on any of the following words could also lead to the termination of this agreement without notice:
- gala, gala casino, gala casinos, galacasino, galacasinos, gala casino online, gala casinocasino uk, gala casino co.uk, gala casino co uk, casino gala, casino gala online play, gala casino web site, casino gala internet, casino gala online uk, play gala casino, casino gala game online uk, casino gala web
- gala poker, galapoker, gala poker online, gala poker uk, gala poker co.uk, gala poker co uk, poker gala, poker gala online tournament, gala poker web site, poker gala internet, poker gala online uk, play gala poker, poker gala game online uk, poker gala web
Any bidding on any platform on any keyword phrases including the gala or any variation or misspelling of it could also lead to the termination of this agreement without notice.
To avoid broadmatch issues, all affiliates must include the above terms as negative keywords in all PPC campaigns. Failure to negative match against brand will be viewed as brand bidding.
