If you are behind a firewall, you may have to configure the firewall to allow communications on the following ports that our poker software uses:

If you have one of the following firewalls installed, use the relevant instructions to enable our software to work:

ZoneAlarm:

When you first download, install and run the poker software, a ZoneAlarm Alert will appear at each stage of the process. Each time an Alert appears, you should first check the tickbox alongside “Remember this setting”, and then click on “Allow”.

Norton:

When you first download, install and run the poker software, Norton will cause an alert popup to appear at each stage of the process – every time this happens, you should perform the following actions:

1. Check the tickbox alongside “Always use this action for this application”;
2. Select the option “Permit this application to access the Internet”;
3. Click on OK.

McAfee:

When you click on the Download button, McAfee will cause a series of alert popups to appear – one for each stage of the process. The first popup will ask you: “Do you want to run this software?” – you should click on “Run”.

After this, a series of alert popups will appear – for each one that does, you should click on “Grant Access”.
