The game is a five-reel slot machine with two bonus features to multiply your winnings. During the regular play, the goal is to achieve a winning combination of icons on any of the 20 selectable lines. Payouts depend on the number of coins played and the winning combination of icons achieved. A minimum of 1 and a maximum of 5 coins can be bet on each line. All combinations must start on the first reel on the left. Only one award (the highest) is paid per line.

Deeds
As you play, symbols with a DEED sub-symbols may appear on the first three reels. When three such symbols land on an active payline, Mr. Monopoly pulls a random deed out of his coat, and throws the deed on the board. The corresponding property earns an upgrade. Your line bet on the winning sub-symbol line determines how large of an upgrade you receive on that property - one to four apartments or a hotel.

When a property upgrade is earned, one of the unimproved properties is randomly chosen to earn that upgrade. In the case where all properties have been upgraded, Mr. Monopoly randomly chooses one of the already upgraded properties to receive more apartments or another hotel.

1 coin   = 1 Apartment
2 coins = 2 Apartments
3 coins = 3 Apartments
4 coins = 4 Apartments
5 coins = 1 Hotel

Free Parking jackpot
In the upper left corner of the screen are the Free Parking Bonus meters. The last three reels have yellow, orange and red Free Parking symbols. Every time you obtain one of these symbols in one of the last three reels, the bonus meters will increment by the amount shown on the symbol. The value on each Free Parking symbol depends upon the amount you bet. The bigger your bet, the bigger the meter increment.

The first time you play, the Free Parking meters start at 100, 200 and 500, respectively. If the line that first activates the Board Bonus has 2 or more coins, additional coins will be add to the Jackpot accumulator. The increasing value of the Free Parking jackpot can be won in the Board Bonus game when landing on Free Parking.

Board Bonus game
When you get three Board Bonus dice symbols on a line on which you have placed a bet, choose a pair of dice to determine how many times you get to roll the dice in the Board Bonus game.

In the Board Bonus game as you throw the dice and land on properties you get paid the value of the property and any property upgrades. Properties and property upgrades retain their value until the current Board Bonus game ends. If you land on Free Parking you go to the Free Parking bonus game!

Free Parking jackpot game
Landing on Free Parking in the Board Bonus game gives you the chance to win one of the Free Parking jackpots. Spin the wheel to determine which colour car moves forward towards its meter. The first car to move forward three times and reach its meter earns you the corresponding jackpot.

After a jackpot is won, only its meter is reset based on the line bet that triggered the Board Bonus game. During the same Board Bonus game you can win more than one Free Parking jackpot by landing on Free Parking again. The other Free Parking meters retain their value until they are won or the bonus ends. Similarly, all meters reset based on that line bet upon returning to the 5-reel game from the Board Bonus game.

Go To Jail
If you land on Go To Jail or receive a Go To Jail card, you go directly to jail without passing GO. If you land in jail on your last roll of the dice, the bonus ends. If you land in jail with dice rolls remaining, you have up to three chances to roll doubles in order to escape, depending upon how many total rolls you have left. Each dice roll within jail reduces your total number of rolls. If you run out of rolls before escaping from jail, your Board Bonus game ends. If you succeed in rolling doubles, your piece moves that number of spaces starting from Just Visiting. If you do not roll doubles within three rolls, your piece is moved to Just Visiting. If you have rolls remaining, you may continue rolling and moving around the board.

Landing on GO
If you land on GO you earn one extra roll.

Landing on Chance or Community Chest
If you land on Chance or Community Chest, a corresponding card is randomly drawn. A given card can move your game piece, or reward you with an extra roll or additional coins.

As you make your way around the board you might land on the same property twice or even get to play the Free Parking bonus game again!

The end of the Board Bonus game
When you've completed your rolls and exited the Board Bonus game, all apartments and hotels are removed, and the Free Parking meters are reset according to the bet size on the pay line that triggered the bonus.

If you end a Monopoly Here & Now play session with property upgrades on the Board Bonus or extra money in the Free Parking Bonus meters, this equity remains available until you return to the game at the same denomination.

After any award of less than 3000 coins, you have the opportunity to double your winnings or lose them all.

After a winning spin, you can click on the GAMBLE button and a deck of cards which contains an equal number of red and black aces will appear. Click RED (red) or BLACK (black) to guess which colour ace will appear next. If the colour you predicted is revealed, then your gambled money is doubled! If the other colour is revealed, then your Gamble bet is lost.

If you predicted the right colour, you can click on TAKE HALF to deposit half of your winnings back into your main balance, leaving the other half available for further gambling. You can click on TAKE HALF once before clicking on GAMBLE.

Click on TAKE WIN to collect all of your winnings and end the Gamble game.

If you have won 5 times in a row within the same Gamble game, or if your award reaches 3000 or higher, your Gamble game will automatically end.

The history of the last fifteen outcomes (red, black) is also provided.

When you start the game you will have to indicate the amount of money that you wish to take in the game. Select the amount using the arrow buttons and click on BUY IN.

The buttons
You can set the number of lines (LINES) and the number of coins on each line (LINE BET) by using the corresponding plus (+) and minus (-) arrow buttons, however, you will not be able to choose exactly which line you wish to bet on.
It is not necessary to bet on all lines.

The following buttons are also available within the game:

Max Bet: to bet the maximum (5 coins) on each payline.
If you have fewer than 100 coins, Max Bet will bet the rest of your coins.

Play: to spin the reels.

Options: to customise the graphics quality of the game.

The display fields
All your game details will show in the following display fields:

Balance: shows your balance expressed in coins and will depend on the amount you chose to take into the game.

Stake: shows the value of your coins. When trying the game for fun with virtual money, the word Free will be displayed instead of the coin value.
If you wish to change the value of your coins, you may click on Stake and choose a different value.

Paid: shows the amount won in the spin.

Bet: shows the coins bet in the previous and current spin.

The navigation bar

Within the STAKE drop-down menu you will be able to see all the winning combinations of symbols (PAYOUT TABLE) and change the value of your coins (STAKE).

Should you run out of funds, from the top navigation bar, within the CASHIER drop-down menu you will be able to take more money into the game (ADD MONEY) or transfer funds from the other gaming platforms (TRANSFER MONEY).

From the HISTORY drop-down menu you will be able to access the list of all your previous bets and transactions.
